Egg balls dish easy to cook.
We hav jast want a some boil eggs. And make a veggies mixture for wrapping or covering eggs.
For making mixture of veggies,take one or two boil potatoes it (depend on your eggs quantity for covering it) totaly smashed,fine chopped tomatoes,onion,chat masala(your choice of masalas) also add cheese,all that ingredients mixup. And cover on the eggs one by one..
After that take one bowl and in that bowl take egg white ,the cover boil eggs dump in egg white, and cover with bread crumbs or rava. After that it ball deep fried..
And its ready to serve.
